LOL, since the requirement is only that the president present information to Congress, and it doesn't have to be in person, it really doesn't matter if they want to show up or not right?

Why isn't Speaker Pelosi demanding that all members of HER house be present and accounted for?

2)  absolutely refusal to negotiate/compromise (the GOP is guilty of this)

3)  another career politician, who is more loyal to her "donors", lobbyist groups, than the American people.

she's said that we should open the government while considering border security in Congress but trump shut her down.
