if that woman is unable to or is prevented from accessing adequate health care, the life of the fetus is affected. 

you don't want to see that those women have that access - to bring to full term a healthy child - so your political position affects the unborn, because you lack humanity and don't care.

a human being has to have a functioning brain and central nervous system to be alive.  a beating heart does not equal life.  a beating heart develops way before eyelids and eyelashes.  no legal discretionary abortion results in any death.  if you believe it does, it is just your belief, much like those that believe God is against blood transfusions.
