I made homemade cranberry sauce and forgot all about it after Thanksgiving.  So I whipped up a little bundt cake.



Then added a little glaze made with powdered sugar and some French Vanilla liquid coffeemate.



I'll let ya know how it tastes when we have a slice with our evening coffee.

That looks yummy.  Did you use a cake mix or make the whole thing from scratch.

I put a third of the batter in, then spooned some of the sauce, then another third, more sauce, then the rest of the batter.  I also didn't toast the pecans and I mixed them in the batter, because the hubby doesn't like too much nut flavor in concentration.  Mine only took about 40 minutes to bake too, and it was perfect and pulling away from the sides of the bundt pan, so I didn't want to keep it baking for the whole 50 minutes and be too dry.

I served it with a dollop of frozen cool whip, which I use now instead of ice cream so hubby doesn't feel deprived.  (although Dreyer's has a pretty good no sugar added vanilla that he likes).
