Christmas lights are all up now...I planned to wait until Friday but going to 20's in the am and then it will be too cold.

OMG...Thursday going down to 19!!!! With 12 mile winds will feel like 10...WTH happened to fall?Huh? We had planned to take photos of the monuments in DC but now it will be too darn cold to get out of the car!

I saw that you were getting some bitter cold weather back there.  It has been icy in the mornings but warms up during the day.  We've had hardly any rain but we'll make up for that at Thanksgiving.  Naturally it's going to rain all over the holiday.

Yikes!

But good idea to get the lights up while the weather holds.
We are hoping to start this weekend, but the rains may prevent that.

I have plastic yard stake type lights and I would never be able to plant them in frozen dirt..so glad I did it when I did it.
