Fed up Americans chase rioters away from McConnell and wife!

Senate Majority Leader Senator Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) and his wife were accosted by protestors while out for dinner Friday night. But other patrons at the restaurant came to his defense, shooing one attacker away from the couple.

There is no excuse to confront anyone in any public area over just basic political views and opinions.  McConnell is a clown, he is wrong about everything, he is gutless and immoral, but he is not openly racist or openly pandering to violent redneck supporters or openly neo-nazi even 1/1000th as much as Trump, and i would not be for being rude to him in public and causing a scene that disturbs other diners.  I have no problem with getting up and walking out if he was sat next to me, and saying just loud enough to be heard, "I just lost my appetite, thanks to this clown being so close to me,"  but not causing a public display.

true.  but i believe what michelle obama said, as long as no overt racism or violence is implied, when they go low, we go high.  you do not defeat the enemy by becoming more like them.
