Getting a bridge across our swampy bottom so we can continue to cut trails throughout the winter.  We got the planks free from a neighbor down the road. He had purchased a large pavilion kit and the crates were just sitting in his carport, so we stopped in and asked if we could have them.  Loaded up the trailer and brought them home. Can't wait to get the approaches and the staining done to make it complete.

It's so we can access across the swamp all year round.  In the winter, the whole area is under water, so this will allow us to keep cutting our walking and game trails on the property.  We had to stop cutting last year after the rains really set in, because it's essentially a swamp and like quicksand trying to get across it.

ok.... but with all the trees around you can cut down and make a bridge and rails...

the lady down the street from here made a fence out of tree limbs... so charming I can't believe she did that...she didn't pay a dime... and I guess if she needed more limbs it's all over the place....
