did a search online to find out that General Dollar has a rep for robberies all over the country...noticed that they have the cameras on the employees and not so much the store...so I can see folks walking in and getting whatever they want or need without paying for it..

Not so desperate times, according to the economists.  More like a city that has allowed the degradation and blight to become the norm and the leadership stays safely tucked away in their glass towers, sucking the life out of the city with their complacency.  I bet they don't miss a paycheck or a meal on the taxpayer dime.

I see Y-town becoming as dangerous and blighted as Detroit.
