and, no, the 3 assholes accused of rape who were members of the Duke Lacrosse team never had to defend themselves.  The charges were dropped before they went to trial based on evidence from two strippers they hired for a team party.  A state investigation found inconsistencies with their stories and had the charges dropped.  and those 3 assholes received 20 million dollars each!!  do you believe a state special investigator would be used to investigate outside of ordinary police investigations if it were 3 black guys accused of rape, and dismiss the charges before the trial was over, and then those 3 black guys would get 20 million each in settlements?
