Well WHAT is Mexico supposed to do?

They are NOT breaking any laws while they are in Mexico.

Why should they build a wall to keep them in?

Who says they are in Mexico illegally?  Maybe they have a tourist VISA?

I got into Mexico by just flashing my ID.  got back in the US the same way...
