When you take out your lies, Dan is right.  Citizens should and are treated differently than intruders.  But that is not to say that ALL occupants should not all be treated with basic human rights.

I don't believe the illegals have the right to vote, start busness, etc.    But illegals still have rights that our covered under our Constitution.    The Constitution isn't just about citizens.

Yep.  If a parent allows his young child to walk to school by himself, the parent can be charged with child endangerment.  But if a El Salvadoran abandons his kid to go to America with a coyote, he is considered a saint by dishonest libs.
