Bigum I'd okay... He wants back to Memphis.. .

Guy rear ended me at top speed and threw me across the highway but the metal fence threw me back... His cat was upside down. .

All that work I had done was a waste and I am pissed... Will be calling an attorney and seeing a doctor asap...

Hurt mental, I financially, and physically. .

I know I'm back in Hellsvile cause those folks did not turn on the water as requested in Memphis twice...

Good news it ain't 90...

When it's a rear ender the one who hit you is automatically at fault.  No ifs, buts or maybes.  Hopefully he has insurance and your insurance company will negotiate a good settlement for you without you having to go through a lengthy lawsuit that takes it's toll.  If the other side tries to lowball you with a quick settlement that you are not satisfied with you shouldn't have any problems hiring an attorney who will charge his fees to the other side in this case as the fault is indisputable.

Don't sign anything without checking with an attorney first...but beware of shysters, they'll take everything you are entitled to.

Just can think... Gotta get storage things out here and tomorrow I will call an attorney doctor and do what's necessary to get back on the road again...
