In the Cascades

We are up in this scenic beauty in our RV park with views of the snowcapped mountains, Mount Bachelor and the three Sisters.  Internet is practically non existent and we can get about 5 channels of TV with the motorhome antenna.  Big storm coming in tonight with snow in the higher areas and then it's supposed to heat up on Monday.  Had some nice meals along the Deschutes River where the restaurants have large patios and are dog friendly.  Hannah was served her water bowl first.  I'm using up my data on the cell phone as the tablets can't get WiFi for longer than a minute.  It's quite a change of pace!

Sounds wonderful.  Our first trip won't even be until July when we head home for a wedding, then to inter the hubby's mom's ashes next to his dad.  We'll get a day of fishing in there as well.  Then we'll head to the Carolinas at the end of July to see the newest grandbaby.
After that, we may not get to go anywhere as work keeps threatening to make us work 2 weekends in a row and 10 hour days for most of the summer.

Oh how I wish, I wish, I wish...

Even with early retirement options, I have to wait till I'm 58...not sure I can last that long in the environment I'm in...it's gotten very difficult to remain positive and get anything accomplished.
