Pretty and I like the strange music with it.

There is some speculation that it was a light effect realated to the lights seen over Norway in 2009 as a result of a failed Russian rocket launch -- right around the time President Obama went to Norway to accept the Nobel Peace Prize, and in 2010 there was a Soyuz launch in Kazakhstan right around the time of these lights seen over Zhejiang Province.
