Depends on your definition of deep state. My example is related to influential decision making bodies within government to control the outcome of politics. how did you learn about democrats talking about a deep state in the DOJ and FBI?  do you have a source for this?  it sounds like a right wing conspiracy fantasy. right wingers are paranoid about everything and believe the worst about everybody.
