My pot garden

Yep...mid 20's tonight and everything was growing nicely, did not want to lose all those buds on  my mini purple azaleas. That's a honey suclkle under the sheet

Mother Nature is not done with us yet, is she?

We have pouring rain, endured high winds all night and the mountains above us are getting hit hard with snow...

It's very windy here and had some snow flurries....not sure if we get some real snow yet but dang Mother Nature. Give it up.

It's cold as heck here in Memphis is about 33 degrees which is something almost unheard of and space heaters are running....

I need energy now...lots of it...

We have a big windstorm with rain here and expected power outages later in the day.  Our arbor vitae are bending low.  All the pretty blossoms are being blown to bits.

Thank goodness I covered some of my plants...there is a layer of ice and a 26 degree wind chill now.
