Finally got stuff up and running and on a few weeks shutting it all down again...the good part is when I return it will be easier....

It sounds like things have much improved for you luv, this time around.  Just wish you had some pics to share of your place in Memphis, and Bigum too of course

However, the length of time you're gone, it still seems like you return to a mess and people who've taken advantage of you.

I hope you can find a way to shed the chains of Y-town and make a clean break.  That way you can concentrate on the other property, make it what you want and either flip it and find another, more amicable place, or make it your permanent home.  This back and forth, sinking money in to two properties, that seem to be vandalized or left without care when you're away would drive me out of my gourd.
