I believe they already enrolled in a program that teaches them to pick lettuce faster than the Mexicans they will be replacing.

With the retirement benefits they have voted themselves, I doubt they will have the same problems we would expect if laid off.

Besides, most have high paying jobs waiting for them in the health care sector.
