If Teacher's have guns, are they supposed to leave their kids to go seeking the shooter?

What will happen to the teacher who left their kids alone, missed the shooter, and the shooter comes and finds their kids?

Will the teacher get a pass?

What happens when a kid grabs the teacher's gun and starts shooting?  Teacher go to jail too?

Why don't we just give all the kids a gun and call it done?

depends on how far he was through the magazine he had in at the time and how cool he was with his shooting.    if he had 20 shots left I could see him fending off an attack by several kids with ease.

Let's ban children, and MAKE them all act like adults from Day One!

let's get them jobs at age 2.

And if they can't hold down a job, then they go to the Prison/Orphanage!

If there was considerable distance between them maybe. In a crowded hallway, kids on all sides, it probably been over in a few seconds at most. I doubt he could empty a 20 round clip.

Considering each person shot had multiple wounds due to close proximity to the shooter, say 3 each, there would be a max of 7 deaths if the shooter was lucky as hell.

And just think of the message such an act would sent to future shooters.

there were over 400 people in the theater in Auroa to see the Batman movie.    When the gunman opened fire at the front of the theater over 60 people were injured from being stepped on as people scrambled for the exit.   How many of those people rushed towards the guy with the gun?
