Inside of 24hrs the students were provided with 6 or 8 buses to bring them to the state capital... they were provided with food and shelter.

I doubt if crazy ass sometime Roy Rogers impersonator, sometime George Patton/Douglas MacArthur impersonator David Clarke knows who George Soros is.  He is such a punk.  Anytime a freaking sheriff feels the need to put silly ass fake medals and pins and badges and epaulets and other meaningless decorations on his freaking sheriff uniform to try and look more brave and military like, you know you got yourself a punk who is all show and no go.  That is probably how he dresses up his GI Joe doll he keeps in his bedroom, too.
