This is a little off topic, but, I used to have a comp. doc who ran a small Internet provider service. He got a 3am call from AOL over an IM chat where somebody said "I took pills". He told me they scan for phrases, and if something gets flagged, like " I took pills" they go back and check the context. in this case it seemed to be a suicide attempt. This might be out or your area, but to your knowlege, is this true?
