Biden Does NOT need a BILL to close the border
He only needs a PEN. Thats all he needed to open it.
Thats all he needed to close it. Thats all Trump needed.
Maybe this is just Proof Trump is better than Biden.

Rudeness is the weak man's imitation of strength

« on: 01 27, 18, 02:16:30:PM » Reply

We watched "Dunkirk" last night and I was a bit disappointed.  The cinematography was very good but the music soundtrack was so loud that it overtook the dialogue.  This seems to be the case of so many things we watch lately and I even wondered if it was our sound system that needed adjusting.  My mother always told us about how the troops in WW2 were rescued from the beaches of France where they were stranded.  We were living in a seaside town and my mother used to walk us to a little town called Old Leigh which was famous for fishing and she pointed out all the many small fishing boats that had gone over the channel to rescue our troops.  Some of the boats still had signs on and my mother would describe the bravery of these ordinary men who went in droves risking their lives and they all came back to tell the tale.  The movie didn't show the picture I had carried in my mind all these years but it was worth seeing.

This is one I haven't heard about.  I like historically based films.

We have one more episode of The Five to watch.  It's about a child that goes missing.  Its on Netflix.  We also just watched the movie Florence Foster Jenkins.  I had seen it last year with our daughter at the cinema but I wanted hubby to see it as I knew it would give him a really good.laugh.  I think it was free on Amazon.
