Actually its funny that you would say that - my Republican (Elephant) Congressman can't remember shit. Unless the RNC sends him the daily position paper he dare not vote on any issues for fear of being out of step.
 
He has steadfastly refused to ever be engaged in any debates and if you actually meet him its immediately apparent why - he has trouble putting two sentences together,
 
I absolutely do agree with you that he is living proof of just why incumbents should go.
