The dumbasses are those who insist that there was any finding of wrongdoing by the IRS

That was NO FINDING of wrongdoing issued by any court against the IRS.

Even the "settlement" the Trump administration just made includes no - zero - findings of wrongdoing.


The Court ruling itself merely orders the IRS to obey all laws and regulations going forward
 
- but does NOT LIST OR RULE THAT ANY VIOLATIONS OCCURRED.

50. The Court hereby declares that any action or inaction taken by the IRS must be applied evenhandedly and not based solely on a tax-exempt applicant or entity’s name, political viewpoint, or associations or perceived associations with a particular political movement, position, or viewpoint.

51. The Court hereby declares that discrimination on the basis of political viewpoint in administering the United States tax code violates fundamental First Amendment rights. Disparate treatment of taxpayers based solely on the taxpayers’ names, any lawful positions the taxpayers espouse on any issues, or the taxpayers’ associations or perceived associations with a particular political movement, position, or viewpoint is unlawful.

Note that the judgement does not include any finding that anybody did any of those wrong things.

Why Now?
Repealing and replacing Obamacare was something of a bust.  So having the IRS finally grovelling to the Tea Party might be giving some satisfaction to the Trump base , which might well be disappointed by the upcoming tax bill.

Kooky, Much of the time you are out in left field with catchers mitt.

Yet, You conveniently forget that under Obama NOTHING with a serious bent was ever brought before a justice dept, other than memos and an obvious antique string was ever made available to be viewed,

But just why is this?

I say it was because of the criminal activity of the Obama white house... {yeah not KIDDING) The AG's I'm sure were intentionally "slow walking the hard evidence until the intentional frustrations of those burdened with the past too often has his string of bad news. 

And their way of  actors unions of APPROACHING the School Principles... if it is going take 8 months to find a single piece of paper... as well  these bad boys (gov't employees) should be fired along with those in charge for protecting this deliberate act of defiance as well as to what it is ,  At the rate of of subpoenas to those in charge for documentation needs a direct request from the POTUS and they too should find a job that they need to account to as to why these subpeona's are ignored. 

This crime forsome would and/did not have to happen under the good eye of the AG;s  They needed a better look at what some of the more loyal employees are hiding from or some sort of loyal part=timers,

Our government is acting as if they are a banana republic.

The DOJ does fall under the purview of the AG.  If he/she wants to cover up their behavior ie.(practiced by those in the investigation)  Or PERHAPS they wish to avoid answering any questions at anytime, they could possibly have listened to the AG regarding these questions. As well hide behind anything that can give them some sort of pass.

The future of the D paty as well as the technology of the current congress is a mystery to most of us.  Nonetheless, lets hope we don't have 3 USA college kids stealing sun-glasses and then have a parent denying that our *OTUS happened in any fashion... Certainly someone used their influence, otherwise they would probably still be there with God knows what their future would have been without the help of our current POTUS

He needs a lesson in shutting the hell up as he knows he is wrong... At the same time, he needs to tweet his appreciation to the world that by offering his actual appreciation for the program.

   Yes, You know it..I know it...and anyone with the IQ of room temperature knows it. But we are attempting to deal with left-wing liberals.. who have no idea of reality and the true facts of life. 

They seem to live in a bubble, that will break when truth gets near it.  And that immediately says..."RIGHT WINGERS  are all RACISTS."  It permits them to be a bit of lemming liberalism which gives them a sense of pride...When they identify the rights of others  as they think they are NOT!!!!!
