Biden Does NOT need a BILL to close the border
He only needs a PEN. Thats all he needed to open it.
Thats all he needed to close it. Thats all Trump needed.
Maybe this is just Proof Trump is better than Biden.

Traversing this latest round of orthotics and plantar fasciitis is mind boggling.
I couldn't get in to see the orthotics specialist that is the primary provider for our insurance until mid-December, so when I was picking up my $145 shoes (ouch) I asked about having my assessment and orthotics done through them and they accept our insurance, so I called my doctor's office and asked for a referral to them...got an appointment for next week!

And the closest physical therapist has a doofus for a customer service rep...took nearly half an hour to give him my info and I still haven't gotten the paperwork he promised to send for me to fill out.

Grrrrrrrrrrr

Have you ever been to The Good Feet Store, takn?  I've heard both good and bad reports about it.  I guess it depends which franchise you go to.

I have had a foot (mostly toes) problem for the past two years resulting from a pedicure where I got an infection and my big toe blew up and spread to the other toes.  A pedicure was  luxury for me and I didn't do it on  regular basis, but never again will I ever have one.

I have also heard mixed reviews about the Good Feet store.  I told the hubby that if I couldn't get any satisfaction this time through this new doctor (the last podiatrist kinda creeped me out), I was ready to drive the 30 miles to go there.

I wanted to see a podiatric surgeon this time as I need to have another bunion removed (that's now scheduled for March, my God the wheels turn slowly).  I had hoped that getting in now to get new orthotics and some therapy would help get me in faster for surgery, but they are booked solid.  My dream of not having to take an LOA from work has been dashed, unless they get a cancellation.  I had wanted to do it the day before Christmas vacation starts, that way I could have the full 2 weeks to rest and go back to work with a  boot and scooter and not lose any time.  Oh well.

After much consternation, I took matters into my own hands.  I checked with my insurance and found another orthotist who can get me in tomorrow.  It's where I get my custom shoes, of all places.  So, I called the doctor's office and asked them to send the referral to them.
I also went to the industrial athlete center at work to see if they could do any of the massage referral that I am seeing a therapist for (after Thanksgiving of course), but they said they could only "show" me how to do the recommended exercises...I think I can figure that out...been doing them since the first PF attack.

But it's frustrating.  Even a friend was commenting how her doctor uses WebMD to get information.  Why are we paying doctors if we can self-diagnose and cure?  LOL
