Almond Streusel Coffee Cake

Made it this morning and couldn't wait to have some with our coffee.  We had it hot and it was good.  It was kind of a messy recipe, time consuming and a lot of cleanup.  I just felt like doing something different.  It took me about 20 minutes to locate my tube pan which I knew I hadn't thrown away.  It was finally discovered right in the back corner of my kitchen cabinet under the counter.  My arms couldn't reach it and I had to practically climb into the cupboard to get it with a long fork, to drag it out.  There is so much wasted space in there and if anything gets pushed back it's so hard to get.  I would love to tear my cabinets out and have someone re-design them so that every inch could be used, but I know it wouldn't stop there, so I will have to live with it.

Looks yummy.  I use my  silicone coated tongs for reaching all the time...LOL

Short girls bring a lot to the table, but we also have to get creative when it comes to some things...LOL
