Murder Mystery

Last night we went to a murder mystery party thrown by our resident party giver in our small town.  Has anybody been to one of these?  I went to one in L.A. so I knew what to expect.  We declined having parts but hubby said he would be the photographer and I was happy to be part of the audience.  If you want to give this kind of party you can purchase a script - this one was "Murder in the Vineyard" and those taking part put on a little play and then we all have to guess who, out of the cast of characters, was the murderer of the body found unearthed in the vineyard.  It was a lot of fun.  The last time we participated in this a number of years ago it was "Murder on the Train" and I was a French actress and hubby a retired Army Colonel but he got carried away and went off script.  It was hilarious.  Everyone dressed their part and some got carried away too.

They have a movie that's coming out murder on the Orient Express I think it's the name I'd like to see that movie it's an All-Star cast of superstars Johnny Depp  Michelle Pfeiffer and a couple other people I can't remember who it was I want to see that movie waiting on the DVD...


Sounds like great fun.

The book, by Agatha Christie, is much better...
