Biden Does NOT need a BILL to close the border
He only needs a PEN. Thats all he needed to open it.
Thats all he needed to close it. Thats all Trump needed.
Maybe this is just Proof Trump is better than Biden.

Rudeness is the weak man's imitation of strength

It was the kind of day when home made soup sounded good for tonight as I made a huge breakfast mid day.  So tonight we had cream of broccoli soup and I finished up the little sweaters I was making for the latest expected arrival in our family - any day now.  It's going to be a baby boy and Daddy's a football fan.

I have not knitted anything in over 40 years.  Someday may start again....but no hurry.

I am all thumbs when it comes to knitting and crocheting.  My mother tried in vain to teach me, but me being left handed, and her being right handed, we just couldn't get done...LOL

I yearn for the ability to do that, and play mandolin...yes, I know weird...but I played guitar as a teen and have always loved the sound of the mandolin.  Unfortunately, my fingers are like clubs now and even my typing skills (at one time above 100 wpm) suffer.

I love those colors, you have a lovely eye for color and detail.

I got the wool from a knitting mill in the UK.  It was on ebay and I wish you could feel how soft it is.  I was never able to crochet - I was like a cow with a crochet hook and my mum got so exasperated trying to teach me.  I made up for it by knitting anything and everything.  Last year it was those pull on hats.

I prefer crochet over knitting.

I use to love making ponchos like this in the 70's.

That's really beautiful sun.  I think crochet is really lovely and my Mum used to make us all crocheted dresses.  She even crocheted afghans for the beds and once even made a crocheted king sized bedspread in fine thread.  I never could get the hang of it.

My mother's specialty was her crocheted snuggler quilts.  The very last one she made before she died, my aunt put all the kids' names in a hat and had Mom choose one, and I won...so I got her last one and it immediately became the property of our oldest son who claimed it because it "matched his room colors perfectly"...triple tone blues...

Well, it became a healing blanket for anyone who was sick, it was so heavy and warm to sit in the big recliner chair with...but when he and his family moved to South Carolina, I sent it to him, so he could start the tradition of snuggling with it with his own little boy and keeping them warm when they were sick...
