Then each and every state needs to change some laws that brings charges against drivers if found at fault and an unborn baby dies as the result, you can't justify giving a woman the right to commit murder of an unborn baby then charge a person where the unborn death results from an accident!

There should be exceptions to every rule and when it comes to aborting a full/late term baby that is alive and kicking with it's little heart that has been beating since 2 months in the womb, it is unconscionable and murder.  Also aborting a baby because you want to start over and get a different sex the next time, that is also unconscionable.  Hey you could try 3 or 4 times and still not get what you want.  Don't worry though because Oregon will soon try to make us all one sex and then selective gender won't be a problem.

We stay away from the cities of Portland the People's Republic of Eugene and Salem to the north of us

I 100 percent support a woman's right to choose. I do think that gender selection is not a valid reason and I am pretty sure it will be a rare occurrence.

That said if abortion is legal it is legal. And is you pass such a law you need to provide protection for all women to have one. The reason is still none of anyone's business .
