Want to see a messy garden.  The asters have been popping up all over.  Now the heat is coming to an end by the weekend I won't have any more excuses not to get out there and tidy up the wild flower beds in the back yard.  It was enough in all that heat and bad smoky air to keep the front looking tidy.  We are having about 4-5 80+degree days in a row this week and then the temp is going down.......so the forecasters say.

I haven't had a chance to pop outside to see how bad it is.  I know the hummers are mad that I haven't made more nectar.  I guess tomorrow morning will be a busy one.  Got do that, try to get some weeds pulled, do laundry, and get shopping done because Thing 2 and his roommate are coming for an overnight after a concert in Seattle.  I haven't accomplished anything working so much...I can't wait for next Saturday...first day off in 19 days.
