They had Navy ships filled with supplies (As well 41 Industrial size)  generators off-shore BEFORE the hurricane hit, Off course that will not run the whole Island, but it will help with getting some A/C and lights. FEMA has done wonderful work under Trump.  

Puerto Rico will be a mess for a long long time.

Texas and Florida did great.

Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands are different,
and we have an amateur in the WH.

It will get LOTS worse before it gets better.

Maybe we should ask for, and get, daily briefings,
unless they have something to hide?
