National Guard from other states ordered in by President.
Many aid programs from Govt Bureaucracy supervised by President.
Aid & Comfort is job of President.
Will he be flying to Puerto Rico, because they won't have electricity or time for a rally...

YOU will see what everyone else already knows.
I asked if Frump would visit, and that will be
hard for him, because they have no electricity,
and won't do a rally for him.

In no way shape or form did I claim that Frump
was responsible for their loss of electricity.  THAT
was because of the gigantic storm that hit Puerto
Rico earlier this week.  Intelligent people call those
storms Hurricanes.
