There weren't too many outrageous outfits, but what the heck were Ricky and Rachel Minor dressed as?



And I was not a fan of Hanoi Jane's ponytail...

I really liked Evan Rachel Wood's pants outfit and Felicity Huffman and William Macy were a stunning couple.

I just watched bits of it as I can't stand Colbert and there was the Vietnam War series on that hubby wanted to watch.  Was that really Jane Fonda?  How old is she now?  Somehow that was a strange trio - Dolly Parton bubbling on and ignoring the political jabs.  That's what turns me off.  The Hollywood elite use their platforms to opine politically and they really have no idea what real life is all about.  I loved the series "The Crown" on Netflix and it's coming back for a second season in November.  It got several nominations but I don't think it won any.  John Lithgow was great in it.

Hollywood is such a waste of time. Never watched it. Too much good stuff on Netflix lately.  Good for Dolly for not bashing on Trump.

These shows are supposed to be entertaining,  not political.

There's certainly a marked difference between the Emmy awards and the Country Music Awards and I much prefer the latter.
