I will not be turning on my furnace in Ohio ever again I will run my ass to Memphis Tennessee before that happens....

May have to shut this place down in mid-october...

Haven't really figured it out to T yet but I will...

Find found out that Spectrum Works in Memphis in my area so that's a good thing I will have the internet telephone and cable there....

Then saving enough money to get all the utilities in good working condition upon arrival....

Will be putting the kitchen and the laundry room together also in December and January....

It all takes time and it all takes money nothing is done overnight you got to have patience of Jesus I tell you....

Will you water pipes freeze?

Will keep gas on 40 degrees all winter...last year the gas bill was 50.00 per month for that and so was the electric bill.... a far reach from 700.00 for electric and 500.00 for gas...budgeted 300.00 in Memphis for water...gas...electric...
Water in Ohio will be shut off until my return...
This move is all about the Benjamins...trust that...plus besides all the crime going on around in Memphis...its still a prime place to be in the South to visit other places surrounding it...lots more to do also...
Excited about returning after all reno is done...I'm going fishing on the Mississippi river....

It's quite hot here in sunny southern California.  Up in the 90's but I am so much more comfortable in the dry heat with the desert breeze than the sticky wet heat in the Willamette Valley in Oregon.   Big outside party tomorrow and forecast is 100 degrees.

Update! Now this weather app saying possible 108/109, depending where in southland,

&Palm Springs headed for 117/118--yes gets much hotter there but may not this time. Everyday the forecasts change and all the different sites give slightly different temps. But it's HOT.

Today it's going to be in the sixties and seventies wonderful weather in my opinion love it...
