What Is Gender Dysphoria?

Gender dysphoria involves a conflict between a person's physical or assigned gender and the gender with which he/she/they identify. People with gender dysphoria may be very uncomfortable with the gender they were assigned, sometimes described as being uncomfortable with their body (particularly developments during puberty) or being uncomfortable with the expected roles of their assigned gender.

People with gender dysphoria may often experience significant distress and/or problems functioning associated with this conflict between the way they feel and think of themselves (referred to as experienced or expressed gender) and their physical or assigned gender.

The gender conflict affects people in different ways. It can change the way a person wants to express their gender and can influence behavior, dress and self-image. Some people may cross-dress, some may want to socially transition, others may want to medically transition with sex-change surgery and/or hormone treatment. Socially transitioning primarily involves transitioning into the affirmed gender’s pronouns and bathrooms....

Whether you like it or not, NO DELUSIONAL PERSON ought to be given a gun (or assigned to a ship or a plane) and sent out to fight in our armed forces.  How would YOU feel if YOUR son or YOUR daughter was serving in a unit or on a ship or plane with a mentally-ill person suffering from delusions - and that mentally-ill person woke up one day and went on a shooting rampage and YOUR son or YOUR daughter was one of the persons who DIED as a result of the mentally-ill person's actions?

Can you even IMAGINE what that would feel like, losing YOUR CHILD to an action taken by a person who has been diagnosed as MENTALLY ILL?

These people do NOT need to be ENCOURAGED in their delusions.  They NEED psychological counseling and/or psychiatric help (including appropriate medications if the treating psychiatrist decides they are necessary).  It does NOT matter what they THINK they are.  They ARE what their DNA - which is in every single cell of our bodies - makes them to be.  If they have XY chromosomes, they are MALES.  If they have XX chromosomes, they are FEMALES.  It is SCIENTIFICALLY and MEDICALLY IMPOSSIBLE for ANYONE to change his or her DNA.  Doesn't matter how many body parts one has removed or remodeled, or which hormones the person is ingesting.  GOD designed our bodies this way, and NOTHING that any of us can do will change that.

I have compassion for those poor people - but my compassion does NOT require me to participate in their delusion by affirming it.

President Trump made a bold move today in announcing that the U.S. military will not accept transgender individuals to serve. He’s exactly right. And I’m proud that we have a president who sees and understands the truth. As Americans, whether you’re a Democrat or a Republican, we should celebrate when our leaders do the right thing for our country. Obama’s policy on this was a mistake. We don’t need people in the military who are confused about their gender—and the military shouldn’t be aiding in gender “transitions.” President Trump is laser focused on making our military better and stronger.

I don't care how many fancy words the APA uses to DANCE ALL AROUND THE PROBLEM.  These poor people ARE MENTALLY ILL, because they have delusions that they are something that FACTUALLY THEY ARE NOT AND NEVER CAN BE - and they need psychological and/or psychiatric help, NOT UNNECESSARY SURGERIES AND CROSS-SEX HORMONES THAT GREATLY INCREASE THEIR RISK OF DEVELOPING CANCER AND POSSIBLY COMMITTING SUICIDE SOMEDAY. Don't you know that 40% of all so-called "trans" people DO commit suicide even after doing the transition, taking the hormones, and going through all the surgeries, when they decide for themselves that NOTHING THEY DID MADE THEIR MENTAL STATE ANY BETTER!

If this were anything else, all the medical associations would roundly condemn it, and all the bleeding hearts would be arguing for more resources to be devoted to getting these poor delusional people the help they need with their mental illness - and you KNOW that.  And everyone would be SCREAMING about how high the suicide rate is.  Instead, the lefties and the homosexual agenda folks shove this "under the rug" because they refuse to let anything derail their twisted agenda.

We're not talking here about the tomboy who wears jeans and a T-shirt all the time and hates dresses, yet still grows up to be a normal well-adjusted woman, or the fussy guy who simply must have everything and anything in its proper placed, and who is considered by some to be "prissy" yet has a wonderful marriage and family.

We are talking about poor MENTALLY ILL people, and this is not funny anymore.  These people are NOT receiving the kind of care they desperately NEED.  They ARE going through a process that is purposely designed to mutilate their bodies and mess up their minds, all because some sick perverted so-called "doctors" believed it would HELP them - when instead, it actually makes their problems much, much worse.
