 Best time before the sun comes up, no wonder you get all those great sunrise shots, Sunshine. I've heard 30 spf is the 'best and max' that will work--anything stronger really isn't & sport a plus to stay on longer. The rash guard skins from head to toe i wear if swimming in sun the clothing says spf 50, maybe clothes are different. Yep visors, hats, still even use the visible zinc oxide sometimes like the old days at the beach. Haven't tanned/burned in decades. Even in my twenties knew it was a no no. Burned a few times as a kid, too bad.

I had a severe burn on my back when I was a young teen....I did not want to go through that again so I think I was careful from then on.
