Mom is not doing well, very weak and not wanting to fight anymore.

Heading to Albuquerque tomorrow...

What was supposed to be 6 to 24 months may now be only weeks and I can't let her go without saying goodbye.  I was en route to be with my own mother when she passed and "Mom" was there for me, so I need to be there for her.

Thank you.  We were up till 3 am yesterday trying to make all the arrangements, flight, hotel, car, boarding the dog...then getting laundry done this morning before work and now trying to pack and think and just want to get there, though I'm not looking forward to it...except to hold her.

No one ever said, "hurray, I can't wait for a lingering death in the family"...I don't wish it upon anyone.

Glad you made it there safely.  It's  hot all over that region and AZ and CA too.  At least the humidity won't be as bad......hopefully.

But the flies out in the country where mil is are so thick, you don't dare leave any food out, or a drink uncovered.

Tomorrow, it's supposed to cool off...to 97...
