The UK has a massive regulatory bureaucracy that is involved in every aspect of the lives of every individual!

History proves as does this incident that perfection cannot be achieved when ever people are involved!

Seems Caserio cannot make up his mind!

Of course, with his first thread he was dutifully defending the great bureaucracy as Democrats always instinctively do!

The latter thread occurred after his first was exposed as so erroneous that even he couldn't stand by it!

Still he defended the bureaucracy by claiming they weren't adequately funded which is laughable!

damn gubberment regulations are required to be followed. 

particularly in a highly regulated field as construction.

If government regulations were not followed as you allege Jw2 that is the fault of the government not anyone else!

Why should anyone reward any government's failure by giving that government more power over the people?
