Biden Does NOT need a BILL to close the border
He only needs a PEN. Thats all he needed to open it.
Thats all he needed to close it. Thats all Trump needed.
Maybe this is just Proof Trump is better than Biden.

I don't know about your route north but it will be like a nor'easter rainstorm all weekend here. Be safe if you are affected.

I still say, get an RV, travel the US till you find the perfect little burg to hang your hat...
You're kind of in between a rock and hard place right now, but you have to make the best decision for yourself.

I would not buy in areas that I did not feel safe or comfortable.  Sorry.

I knew exactly what I wanted in a home, each time I bought (even when we rented).  I knew which school district I wanted, I knew where I wanted to be situated in regard to shopping and commuting.  Even when I rented my very first apartment, I chose to pay a bit more (which meant taking on another job so I could afford the $110 a month) so I wouldn't be in an area of town that might not be suitable for an 18 year old kid.

If there are some of those companies, your area, that claim to "buy any house", you might check into them...you certainly won't get top dollar, but you could shed the chains that are holding you back from true happiness.  Obviously, neither Y-town or Memphis is the true fit you were seeking...you sound more like a quiet Georgia suburb type, or a country lane lady...even city living, so you are closer to services, you probably should consider a smaller town.

I've come to the realization that you just can't have everything I like this little bitty old house in Memphis Tennessee I really like it .

I even like the house in Hellsvile and the fact that I have no mortgage on both... well I shouldn't complain...

Neither perfect by no stretch of the imagination....

I can't change the world all I can do is make changes within...

I keep thinking about all the places that I lived in my life while in the military and outside the military wow....

I keep saying this the world is changing and it's not changing for the better ...

drugs...

crimes being committed...

Not just in my neck of the woods it's everywhere...

So the only changes I'm going to do from now on is a change Within Myself I can't change the world
