Biden Does NOT need a BILL to close the border
He only needs a PEN. Thats all he needed to open it.
Thats all he needed to close it. Thats all Trump needed.
Maybe this is just Proof Trump is better than Biden.

That's rough having to do that when you have a practically brand new home.  That must have been a darn heavy hail storm.  More like a rock storm.  Love your pic, so artistic.  I see booths where photographers sell their pictures, at art fairs and street sales.  Have you ever thought of doing that, Sun?

But the roof replacement should be covered by the homeowner warranty, right?  I mean, what kind of roofing material did they use that it could not withstand a hailstorm?  Your builder should be fully responsible, and you should ask your insurance agent about an inspection to insure they used the correct underlayment and backer board.

Our first home had a 25 year composite shingle roof and when the buyer did their home inspection, even after 15 years, the report said roof was in excellent shape with little deterioration...and we have some hellacious hail coming down in the Spring and Winter months.

And I agree with emily, your photos are definitely sales worthy...as is your wood art and painting decor.

Thank you, taken.

We had golf ball size, maybe smaller hail. It beat the granules off. And a builders warranty does not cover acts of God.  My deductible is $500...new shingles, ice shield, gutters and down spouts, metal on the peaks and a patio top will all be covered. I bet at least 40 or more roofs  had to be replaced.

Yep.....I have a target on my back ( roof ). Back in 2003, I had a tree fall in my old house and the house before that a lightening bolt blew the transformer in my AC and the house before that my house was struck and the garage door fell off the tracks. LOL

The inspectors showed up immediately upon completion of the roof.

Oh wow Sunshine that's rough.

I see that you're being tested too.

We all are...

The bright side is that we all have our health , mind and spirit and insurance to get us to some of the hardest time.

Well the back part of the yard  must have had a field full of poison ivy.  The day I wore short sleeves and shorts...

Also the previous owner left a lot of shells from his rifle.

the times that we are in ...

something...

If you can, get some Round Up for brush and poison ivy...works great killing that stuff.
