Biden Does NOT need a BILL to close the border
He only needs a PEN. Thats all he needed to open it.
Thats all he needed to close it. Thats all Trump needed.
Maybe this is just Proof Trump is better than Biden.

Call Miss Utility and they will mark your property for free. The spray paint the ground where all wires run.

http://www.tenn811.com/

Tennessee 811 is the underground utility notification center for Tennessee.
Using our service, excavators are able to notify operators of underground facilities of proposed excavations, that the underground facilities be located before they dig.
One easy phone call to 811 starts the process of having your underground utility lines marked for FREE, and we accept locate requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Buried utilities could exist just about anywhere you dig. Homeowners and contractors can help prevent damage to underground utilities and prevent service interruptions by calling TN811 at least 3 working days prior to excavating.

TN811 gathers information from anyone who is excavating, processes it using our GeoCall Ticket/Mapping system, and notifies underground utility operators that may have utilities in the area. The owners of the utilities then send personnel to locate and mark/identify their utilities.
Find out where underground utility lines are buried before you dig. Anyone planning to dig in Tennessee must call before actual work begins and you will need to provide information about the work site when you call 811.
