And instead of trying to settle your differences in the courts, your masters should be writing the laws and passing them in Congress to do work their will so that a good man like Trump can't correct your crap.  Good luck, either way.

Congress rightly decided to leave the regulating to the regulators.  Just as they do with other regulatory bodies.

Well, as long as you insist on that, the executive branch, not the legislative branch, is in charge of the regulations.

Through the last century, Congress has steadily surrendered its powers to presidents and their agencies and bureaucrats, the federal courts, and the Federal Reserve.  Congress has developed into a house of gutless wonders, leaving the will of the people out in the cold.   I'm glad you are feeling the draft for a change, but it's not doing any good for your reasoning ability.
