Biden Does NOT need a BILL to close the border
He only needs a PEN. Thats all he needed to open it.
Thats all he needed to close it. Thats all Trump needed.
Maybe this is just Proof Trump is better than Biden.

I don't have flowering Cherry trees at my new house...so I had to use a photo from one of the former Springs at our old house...

It does not look like that now...the new people let it go to all weeds and the deer ate on  it...never be the same again.

Went to laundromat this morning...temps 80 plus and I saw that next month will be 90...when that happens...heading back North...I dislike summer weather so much....will return when it cools down....it gets 100 on the regular here...

Birds are living in the chimney and Bigum is waiting for one to fly in...at least he has something to challenge him...

Honestly guys...Memphis ain't what I thought it would be...

Too many silly problems caused be the city's desperate need to survive...in other words poor political choices...

Starting with the trash...never seen a dirtier city except when New York had it sanitation strike...I was there then...
Its a sad deal when you have to board up a house to keep folks out...reality all over the country now..poverty.  No job...no hope...

Who knew?

Crime here is over the top...

I mean really over the top...the police here are out of control due to fear...and the thugs are running the city into the ground...if there is a house to sell this one here is it...seriously...

I Will finish it up and sale for cost...no profit necessary...

Bermuda.....

Sun, I know how you feel when you go back and see your last beautiful home not kept up and neglected.  We made our beach house beautiful and people came by to see the gardens.  You should have seen it 6 months after we sold it, already overgrown.  Why the people ever bought it is a mystery as they haven't lived in it and it is so ramshackle now and decrepit.  I think they were transferred back east before they had a chance to move in but it is quite heartbreaking.

Honestly picked the wrong hood...sounding uppidy...Trying not to...but I move where I can afford...so I'm poor too...I just try to keep thing neat and clean...that don't cost...got the aching back to verify...
The best part about Memphis is the weather...the worst party it a crimefest.

I will insure this one too and hope for the best....

When they got rid of low income projects and builtaffordable housing the people moved in and didn't appreciate and so the communities depreciate.
Now you know where I purchased.
Owners that could afford to move did and rent their homes our by the room...

No profit cause when the tenant moves the damage sometimes balances it all out...

Luv, you made a decision to shed Youngstown for your sanity.  You could not have known intimately, that Memphis would be this way, but knowing you bought a fixer in a depressed area of town, it is going to be a challenge.  Here's the deal though...you're not a tree, you do not have roots...you could fix this little place up enough to flip it and move again.  Or, you can make the most of what you have and simply let it be known you won't take shit off anyone.  But don't allow people to take advantage of you...stand strong.
