Kelly: No use of US military to enforce immigration

U.S. Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly pledged Thursday that America won't enlist its military to enforce immigration laws and that there will be "no mass deportations."

Only hours earlier, President Donald Trump suggested the opposite. "It's a military operation," Trump said Thursday at the White House.

Kelly's declarations came as senior Trump administration officials sought to temper Latin American concerns about a new U.S. immigration crackdown.

Speaking in Mexico City after he and Secretary of State Rex Tillerson met with their Mexican counterparts, Kelly said all deportations will honor human rights and the U.S. legal system. That includes multiple appeals offered to those facing deportation. Kelly said the U.S. approach will involve "close coordination" with Mexico's government.

Solution to illegal immigration!

1.  Pass a law mandating all illegals be out of the country by 2018!

2.  Pass a law mandating the prosecution of all illegals still in the country after 2018 under RICO resulting in the confiscation of all proceeds acquired
    as a result of their being in this country illegally!

3.  Pass a law mandating a minimum sentence of 5 years in prison or a $250,000 fine adjusted for inflation plus court costs for any illegal illegally
    returning to this country with the sentence or fine doubling for each repeat offense!

4.  Charge Mexico for the cost of incarcerating all illegals that transited that nation to get here!  This can be extracted from US foreign aid funds going
    to Mexico!

5.  Any unaccompanied minors will be let in with all parental rights being revoked and the minors being immediately put up for adoption.

6.  Tie legal immigration to the unemployment rate thereby allowing immigration only when Americans are at full employment!

7.  Build a double 40 foot tall wall along the Southern border!

8.  Make Executive branch employees personally liable for failing to enforce immigration law!

Permanently solving the problem of illegal immigration is not that hard!
