First time visitor this year

This house finch was the first this year and he took a long time enjoying the sunflower seeds.  Hubby photographed him and sent me this description:

The House Finch (Carpodacus mexicanus) is a native bird to western North America and into Mexico and Central America. Was introduced into a New York city park in the 1940's. Today, this finch species is one of the most populated birds on the continent, covering a very large area of North America. It is not uncommon to see different variants in the colours of House Finches, yellow and orange coloured House Finch are seen, especially, in the western regions.





So I tried the paper clip download and then I tried the usual way attach file and neither worked.  Something must be not working as it did before.  I'll try putting the pic up in a response and see what happens.

I get a message that says:  Please upload file with extension .gif or .jpg or .png

This is what I was trying to download and when that didn't work I tried Attach again.
