She was the sweetheart of the Forces during WW2 and her songs lived on forever.  What an accomplishment!  I had no idea she was still around.



The Queen made her Dame Vera Lynn.  My Mum played her songs on the piano and would sing, "There'll be Bluebirds over the White Cliffs of Dover" and "We'll Meet Again".
