Not happy at all with the seller. I have never ordered anything here until the 7th of this month. After 15 days I wrote and said hey...where is my purchase? Oh...we don't have that in stock. But I can sell ya something else. I'm furious with her and am insisting on full refund but she is not answering emails now  so I guess I step up the game. I know I will be taken care of because I did it with paypal and credit card but geeze....don't expect another purchase from me....ever.

I have had both good and bad experiences with Etsy.  Several purchases came right away, but an antique bowler hat took forever and I had to write to the guy twice.  He claimed he put the wrong address on the box and it was returned to him...lie.
In the meantime, he had my money.  I wrote to the Etsy customer service, filing a complaint, but it still took over a month and the guy was in Seattle !!!

She reluctantly refunded it so it's back to paypal. She said in comments: "Here's your money" and in my email....."I've never done a refund before".  She tried everything to switch and bait in my opinion.
