Unfortunately the people who actually pay for there own insurance are not  given any choices My co pay this year went up to 3500 a year in 2017 in 2016 it was 3,000 yet no one seems to have an issue with me paying more and more .

where was this concern when my insurance was being butchered ?

Fact when people stop looking for work and stop filing claims for benefits, they are dropped from the unemployed role even tho they don't have a job~!

That's why obama can claim success, for lower unemployment rates, but claims at times are not a part of true reality and actuality~!

The problem we're seeing in our area is that the wait times for seeing our doctors now is unbelievable.  There was a story on the news about people flooding the ERs with flu symptoms and the medical community (interviewed) and the reporters were saying, the best thing to do is see your primary care doctor, or go to a walk-in clinic, don't overwhelm the ERs, because it detracts from their ability to treat truly serious illness and injury....

Uhm, perhaps they don't understand...we can't get in to see our doctors, and the last wait my husband had in a walk-in, about 2 weeks ago, was almost 3 hours...

I have been waiting to see my doctor for my annual physical for nearly 2 months, that's how far out they are booked and although my mammogram was supposed to be last December, the soonest I can get in is mid-February.

Couple that with higher premiums, higher deductibles and co-pays, new separate office fee for seeing any specialist, referred or not, less vision coverage, less dental coverage and fewer doctors to choose from.

There are some aspects of the ACA that I agree with...not being able to deny pre-existing conditions, allowing adult children to remain on their parents coverage, and more equity and savings for Medicare...but other than that, there is little to write home about.  Those it was intended to help have either, still been left in the cold, or their share has dwindled because this nation REFUSES to hold all people accountable and waste, fraud, and abuse of the system is costing us millions.  Foreigners have taken advantage of the loopholes and the only real beneficiaries have been the insurance companies, raking in billions...you can definitely thank obama for that...
