Here's reality. Pay the taxes and close, firing everybody, or don't pay the taxes and keep everybody working?


"The owner of Remington's Steakhouse was arrested Wednesday on charges he failed to pay $67,248 in sales taxes.
Ibrahim Srour, 46, of Wesley Chapel, told an investigator for the Florida Department of Revenue that he knew he was delinquent in paying the taxes — but he used the money to keep his business going, according to court documents. He failed to pay sales taxes from January to October 2008 and from July to December 2009 from his restaurant at 27405 Wesley Chapel Blvd., records state.
Srour is charged with grand theft. He was released from the Pasco County jail Thursday on $50,000 bail."
