Seems the prospect of Obama dramatically expanding oil production forced a production cut by OPEC!

This will make the American expansion more profitable!

the price of oil isn't changing much, it just bounces up and down a little.  Unless Trump can start another war in the Middle East, that would drive the prices up.

We have heard that tune before.  Production will not be cut because other countries are no going to cut.  Maximum income is had from selling as much oil as possible.

But there comes a point when there is no demand and no storage for what has been produced. So cutting off production is the only thing they can do.

The current price choke point in gasoline production is the number of refineries in the USA!

Obama's draconian EPA has driven many to close down!
