and Dump rewards her with a Cabinet position?

It was DeVos who had full reign to implement her Charter system as she saw fit to make it better!

And it all came crashing down around her head.  Charter System in Detroit, designed by DeVos was
a complete and utter DISASTER!  Didn't work.  Failure.  Boondoggle.  Waste of time and money!

I heard DVD was developmentally delayed, so had to repeat 4th, 5th, 6th & 7th grades, before it finally quit.
